Order Cancellation Requests If you would like to cancel an order, be sure that the order status of the order is not "shipped". To view the order status you must first login and go to the order status area. If the status is in the "open" stage, you will see a "Cancel Order" button. Click on this button to cancel the order. If you have any questions please contact GoGoCity.com by clicking on the "E-Mail Us" link on the navigation bar at the top of any GoGoCity.com page. Remember, in order to cancel an order you will need to check the order status and make sure that it has not been "shipped". Otherwise it is not possible for us to cancel it, and you will need to refuse the shipment upon delivery or if it was delivered, you will need to send it back unopened as a return.
