Order Status

To view your order status you must first login to your account.
After you login click on "Check Order Status" and a list will appear with all of your orders on it. If you click on any of your order numbers you will see an order description. If you find any discrepancy (i.e. shipping address), please notify GoGoCity.com via e-mail immediately. To display a printable invoice, click on the "Display Invoice" button.

Note
  • If the order status is listed as “Open”, it is possible to cancel it. Just click on the “Cancel” button on the page.

  • If the order is listed as “Ship-In-Progress”, you cannot cancel it.


  • If the order is listed as “Shipped”, the order has already been shipped and a tracking number will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Click on the apporpriate carrier's icon below to go to their site.


  • If the order is listed as “Waiting for transaction”, the order is pending from the credit card company.


  • If the order is listed as “Cancelled”, the order is already cancelled. It will take at least 7-10 business days to issue credit back to your credit card account.
