Orders Listed as "Shipped"
If the order status indicates
"Shipped", it means that the order has been picked up by the carrier. Your order is
now on its way to you. You can check your orders' progress through the carrier's
web site. To do this you must get your tracking number which is listed in the order
status page. Click on the appropriate carrier's icon below to go to their site and
enter your tracking number there. You should get a detailed description on where
your package is, and how long it will take to get to you.
If you have
any questions about your shipment, you will now have to contact the carrier at
thier web site. Once the package is "shipped" GoGoCity.com has no control over
how long the package will take to get to you. Our carriers have gaurentees on
their shipping, if you have any questions please contact them.
