Refused Shipments
If there is an order on its way to
you but you do not want it any longer, the most conveniant way is to refuse
shipment upon delivery. When the Shipping carrier comes to your address to
deliver the package, you can simply not sign for the package and it will
come back to us. If you refuse a shipment please note that you will be
subject to charge 15% restock fee and shipping and handling fee. If you accept a package upon delivery, you will be fully
responsible for payment of the package and returns will have to be done through
our RMA process.
