Return Policy
GoGoCity.com is not responsible for any returns after the 30 day warranty. Any warranty
provided longer than 30 days is a manufacturers warranty, and you will need to
contact the manufacturer of the item purchased.
If you are not fully satisfied with your GoGoCity.com purchase,and it is
still under warranty, don’t hesitate to let
us know. Return merchnadise requirements are listed below, you must have all
of the requirements in order to send your item in for a return.
Contact the Customer Service department via e-mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number.
To get in touch with Customer Service click on “Service” which is located on the
navigation bar at the top of any GoGoCity.com page.
Have your original packing slip ready and send it back with your return.
Make sure your merchandise is packed in its original carton and packaging material
and is in "like-new" condition. All accessories that accompany the merchandise must
be returned together.
You will find GoGoCity.com's address on the packing slip that you will obtain when you get your RMA number.
Email your tracking number to GoGoCity.com
Defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less shipping
and handling, within 30 days after invoicing, notwithstanding respective
publisher/manufacturer restrictions.
Opened Software cannot be accepted by GoGoCity.com for refund or exchange.
Unopened Software may be exchanged or returned.
Retail box processors are non-refundable. Repair or replacement for the retail box processors are require to contact the manufacture
directly.
An item will be taken in exchange for an identical replacement only.
You must contact customer service within 30 days to obtain a RMA # for refunds or exchanges unless there is an additional
extended warranty by the product manufacturer.
Returns must be recieved byGoGoCitywithin 5 business days following your receipt
via e-mail of an RMA Number from Customer Service. Returns post dated later than
five business days after receipt of an RMA Number will be invalid.
Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result in: invalidation
of your return or a delay in processing the return. GoGoCity.com reserves the right to grant
return approval at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Return packages must be sent with tracking numbers.
Restocking fees may apply to some returned items.
The customer will pay for return and replacement shipping
for any reason other than a defective product or a mis-ship. Return and replacement
shipping charges will be paid by the customer if there is an exchange of a non-defective
product. If the product is defective or mis-shipped, the customer will pay for the
return shipping and GoGoCity.com will pay for the replacement shipping. Thank
you for your understanding.
