Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

RMA numbers are good for 7 business days.

To return an item to GoGoCity.com you must first fill out a RMA request form and obtain a RMA number from GoGoCity.com's customer service department. The request for a RMA number is located in the service department and you can get there by clicking on the "service" button on the Navigation Bar.

When you are in the service area on "Make Returns", fill out the RMA form. Once you submit your request, immediately an RMA number will automatically generate on the screen. GoGoCity.com will also e-mail you the Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must write this RMA number on the return package. Without an RMA Number you cannot return merchandise to GoGoCity.com. Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted. Please see Return Policy for details.

Before you take the trouble of making a return, please check the guarantees and warranties on the item.

All returns must be received by GoGoCity.com within 7 business days from the receipt of an RMA number.
