Return Policy
GoGoCity.com offers a 30 day return guarantee to all of our customers except as noted on particular products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your GoGoCity.com purchase, our
customer service department will assist you. Return merchnadise
requirements are listed below, you must have all
of the requirements in order to send your item in for a return.
- GoGoCity.com will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA)
number. To obtain an RMA number, please see
RMA Number
for details.
- All Monitors and LCDs are serviced by the manufacturers
directly. Please contact the manufacturer for service.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Any software, CD/DVD media, zip cartridges, laser printers, inkjet cartridges, all cell phone accessories, games, cables,
connectors, removeable drives, adapters, tools, digital cameras all retail products and
notebooks.
- Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to the carrier by the customer.
Please keep the original boxes, the freight carrier will need the original boxes for investigation.
DO NOT SEND the damage in shipment products to us, you need to report the damage to the carrier
and the carrier will pick up the products.
- All return products must have serial no that are match with the serial no listed on your invoice. Otherwise, the products will return back to you.
- GoGoCity.com will not accept any physical damage product, RMA automatically void. Physical damage consider bent pins,
cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage.
- All will call / pick up products will be subject to a restocking fee if the customer did not pick up their products
when it is ready for pick up.
- All refuse packages, undeliverable address that return to us are subject to a restocking fee.
- All requests for a refund or replacement authorization must be made within 30 days of the
invoice
date. Products authorized for return must be 100% complete, in re-saleable
condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty
cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- RMA numbers are good for 7 days. Returns must be recieved by GoGoCity.com within 7
business days following your receipt
via e-mail of an RMA Number from Customer Service. Returns post dated later than
five business days after receipt of an RMA Number will be invalid.
- All returns other than
a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, will be
subject to restocking fee. The credit value of the returned item are based on the current market price on our web site less the restocking fee.

All returns for replacement, our professional Technician will test the defective product.
However, if the product is tested good, you are responseable to pay a service fee depend on
the following category plus the shipping charge require us to return the product to you:
* $15.00 for Hard Drive, External Hard Drive, Processor (CPU), Motherboard or Memory.
* $75.00 per hour for DVR Surveillance System, DVD Duplicator or Computer System.
The fee will be charge on your credit card.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges
and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay
or partial forfeiture of your credit.
- All defective products will be accepted by GoGoCity.com for credit, same-item exchange at GoGoCity.com's discretion within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30
days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Return packages must be sent back to the return address that is on the RMA packing slip
that you will obtain when you receive your RMA number.

- GoGoCity.com does not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. Return Shipping Cost is
the same as your cost to drive to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable.
- Defective software, game software, and books will be taken in exchange for an
identical item replacement only.
- Non-defective software cannot be accepted by GoGoCity.com for a refund
or exchange.
- Retail products are non-refundable. Repair or replacement for the retail products are require to contact the manufacture
directly.
- Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation
of your return or a delay in processing the return. GoGoCity.com reserves the right to grant
return approval at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
- Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged restocking fee and shipping and handling fee.
- After 30 days of the purchase date,
all Items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product. The
manufacturers' customer service information should be available in the instruction booklet that
may have come with the item you purchased.

Returns: Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days
of the original invoice date,
except as noted on particular products. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted
after 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA number which
can be obtained from the customer service department. Returns must be received by
GoGoCity.com within 7 business days from the receipt of an RMA number.
A few products offered by GoGoCity.com, if returned for any reason other than
a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, will be
subject to restocking fee.

We not guarantee we can cancel order once your order had been placed. If the order is shipped, our RMA policy

Special Orders: Special orders will take longer to fill due to the fact that it
is made to order. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping Costs:GoGoCity.com does not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. Return Shipping Cost is

reimbursable.
Price Adjustment: GoGoCity.com updates its website frequently to ensure
that customers are viewing the latest prices and receiving the latest savings.
At the time you make a purchase, you agree to pay the price listed on the GoGoCity.com
web site. We are unable to make price adjustments after an item has been shipped.
However, if your item has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service department
and we will be happy to adjust the price for you.
