FOR REPAIRS:
  • You must obtain a case number in order to use our customer quick response message system.
  • To obtain a case number you must fill out a RMA form which is located in the "Service" section of this site.
  • After you submit your RMA form you must wait for customer service to respond to your request.
  • If you have any questions after customer service has contacted you with a solution, you may contact them by using this customer quick response message system.
FOR REFUNDS:
  • Submit a RMA form and you will receive a RMA number.
  • Follow the instructions that will be sent to you via e-mail on how to return your merchandise.
  • If your merchandise is damaged or missing parts, our customer service will send you an e-mail to notify you of this.
  • You will have to respond to our customer service by using this quick response message system. If you do not use this system, your service will be delayed.
  • To use the quick response message system you will need to obtain a RMA number start with "R0" and reply to our message only.
